Unacceptabe staff behaviour

I am currently enrolled for an A+ 10 day course with the institution. I recieved my invoice from a lady by the name of Madeleine on the 20th July 2016 however there were errors on the invoice which i pointed out and requested another invoice with the correct details one i never recieved. I further made a final payment on the 25th July 2016, i then sent proof of payment and another follow up email requesting an invoice however i recieved no response. I requested to speak to the lady on campus today, i advised her i had not recieved an updated invoice to which she rudely advised she sent it and i can check her sent box emails, Madeleine advised she doesnt know why i want an invoice seeing i had paid up. She then said she would send it, when asked about the turn around time she advised its month end she is very busy i cannot tell her what to do in an alarmingly raised tone, she then stormed off back to her office. All of which took place in the reception area with other clients. I requested to speak to the lady's manager by the name Emmarentia who came to see me accompanied by a miraculously calm and courteous Madeleine i recieved an apology for the "misunderstanding" and promisedan invoice as soon as the consolidation is done all fair and good. I am not happy with the way i was humiliated and spoken to nor am i happy with the way this issue was handled. Such unprofessionalism and rude unprovoked behavour was not necessary nor can it be labelled a misunderstanding when one party is abusing their power. I am very disappointed with CTU. I am an employee myself who works hard to pay for their studies, i am well within my rights to request documentation for whatever reason i might have.
