Terrible Service at CTU

My son studied at CTU Training Solutions and completed his studies end of 2024. It is now the 4th of February 2025, and he has still not received all of his marks for the year. CTU can also, not provide him with his final academic transcript, which is needed to apply for jobs and continue further studies.
