Shocking.

I had a very high opinion of CTU for years until now. I app**** at the Stellenbosch campus to study software development in 2019 but ended up canceling after I paid R6k registration. In January of 2020 they contacted ME to ask if I wanted to use my credit of R6k on a short course. I agreed and thought that way my money was not wasted. 8 months later in August, they inform me that I can no longer attend the short course that I registered for and spoke to consultants about for months, because the money has been forfeited.

Then I accidentally paid a very large sum to CTU instead of another institution that I was going to study at. It took them more than 2 months and several days of emails, phone calls and threats to finally get refunded.

The staff is absolutely useless and not transparent at all. Please do not get involved with them.
