Poor service

Firstly i have to pay for a full course that is suppose to be 8 weeks but only got half, secondly i pay for a book and ask for the hard copy or a PDF format no cant get what i paid for bad service. And thirdly they don't give me all the information needed on regarding the payment and exams just to find out that i have to pay for the course fully first before i can wright the exams thanks to CTU i now have to struggle my bum off to put in leave again, Lastly when i phone head office to complain non of the mangers is available to talk to again bad service i feel like asking for my money back and gong somewhere else as for i don't pay for bad service or any **** like this
