I did my MCITP with CTU in 2009 and late in 2014 wanted to upgrade my studies with them, i was advised by Lona Ngubusha the career marketer that MCSE was the right way to go. I resigned from my job with the knowledge that i will be studying full-time at the Auckland Park campus, i only attended for a day and with that i could already notice that MCSE and MCITP is the same programme just a change of name i then asked to be released from the course as its the same as what i did previously. I'v been trying to get my refund since then but no success till to this day...... Please assist

Clients have the option to communicate with CTU at any time during their studies should they be dissatisfied with training delivery. We have communication platforms that are communicated from all campuses : ***
We would like to confirm that there was a certification update from 2009 to 2014, as Microsoft Certifications need to be renewed every 2 to 3 years as the exams retire/reach legacy status and the technologies tend to change. In the first part of every course, very often elements of the previous technologies can be discussed especially if the changes just occurred. You are welcome to visit the Microsoft website to view all certifications which retired in 2009 which would have been renewed or changed by 2014. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/retired-certification-exams.aspx
If at the time (2014), you were dissatisfied with the course we could have transferred you to complete training part time where you could have been provided with an upgrade course instead.
Unfortunately we cannot consider a refund after a time lapse of three years. We suggest your send us your transcripts of what you did complete and CTU could recommend an upgrade path at a discounted rate.
