Pathetic

I sent an email on the 30th of March 2015 asking about the 3D Studio Max part time course. After receiving a mail that the updated timetable would come out 2 weeks after my email I waited. I sent another email after 3 weeks requesting the new timetable. When I received it, it didn't even have 3D Studio Max on it. I was so frustrated that I just left it.<br> <br> On Friday the 10th of July I phoned them and gave my information to someone who passed it on the the relevant personnel who contacted me the following Monday. I told her exactly what I wanted and gave her my email address. She phoned me 2 days later asking for More information and said she was busy with my quote. After a week and a half I still don't know what it costs when it starts or when the classes are and how many there are. If you do this for a living surely it shouldn't take you a week to email this information. I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!!!
