not as advertised

Since first semester, my first time I began studying here, I only experienced problems with the place, manager has to be phoned just to sort out issues that shouldn't be there in the first place, like a COL Campus assignment being locked and the assignment cannot be submitted because of it. 2 of my Summatives not uploaded onto COL Campus. this place advertises itself as professional, but not at all as advertised. also my permit to write my exams, and my exam dates i didn't get via email, only got my exam permit after the manager was contacted. besides the professional front, this place is a joke.
