Multiple issues

I was a student from beginning of 2020. I worked on the SRC council and was recruited as an administrative business assistant. I put in alot of effort and time to help at the pretoria campus where I was studying buy what I got in return was being registered for incorrect exams which in turn delays your studies almost a year and a half due to the fact that you can only write during an exam sitting every 6 months and cant complete an nqf level without completing the previous levels, faulty computers to write computer practice on , and still no certificates. Their excuse is always that they're waiting on the department but take absolutely no initiative whatsoever to get our certificates and either they don't understand or they simply don't care but they mess with us students lives because we cannot get a job or apply for any internships without those certificates. They are so quick to contact you if you have any outstanding payments but as students and parents we don't receive any helpful feedback or communication at all about our complaints or concerns. Lecturers on the other hand are absolutely amazing and very helpful when it comes to understanding our studies but further than that this institution is a complete waste of time
