Moved exam location without notification

I was scheduled to write the Pearson PTE exam on 5 February 2016. On the morning of the 5th I arrived at the location specified in my confirmation email and was told that CTU Solutions moved to Claremont in December. After attempting to phone the contact numbers on their website (and leaving messages) with no answer, I drove through to the new address in Claremont. Upon arrival I was told that the fault was at Pearson's side and was given an incident number. Today I tried to follow up on this incident with CTU and they rep**** with \Pearson Vue will contact you directly.Please see number below:***\". I understand that they are hosting a third party exam, but they are taking no responsibility for this mess. As a test centre, they should surely care about their reputation? I have a job offer waiting for the results of my test, which I am about to lose as I cannot even give them my new test date. Terrible service."
