Just the worst

<p>I registered in the middle of 2015 to do a A+ course and I finally got through the work in April of this year 2016 and went to book my exam. When I arrived I was told that it was no longer 1 exam(801), but now 2(801 and 802), which was fine. So, I booked my exam and wrote it on the 14th of July because it took them over a month to get my exam voucher. When I wrote the exam it was not 801, but now 901 and had extra work in it of which i was not told about and not given and this resulted in me failing the exam and getting 602 instead of the required 675, just 5 or questions short of the pass mark. I sent an e-mail to Rene who is the head office branch manager and to Ursula, the branch manager at their Bloemfontein branch, explaining the situation and requesting that since I was not told about the extra work in the exam, that the rewrite fee of R1 000 be waived due to their error. Now, it took them a month, a whole month to eventually get back to me and that was with me calling and constantly e-mailing asking what was going on. I received a call this morning from their Bloemfontein branch telling me the Erna, their director from the head office has said that they were not at fault and I should pay the fee to write again. This is in my honest opinion is an absolute steaming pile of ****. They were at fault because they should have seen that I registered at one point when the work was such and now it has changed, they have a responsibility to inform the student. But no, it seems that their way of doing business is to be all friendly to you at the beginning and then add in extra work into your exam so that you fail and have to pay to write again. Bunch of ****** is what they are. How stuck up are there people as well that they couldn't waive the fee for something they were at fault with and have now subsequently lost a student, because I seriously doubt I will reregister after this course, which I am going to begrudgingly finish through them because I have paid for the whole course in any case and I am not an idiot unlike some people. If anyone is looking through this trying to decide if they should go to CTU, let me save you the time and tell you that you should rather look elsewhere as is evident by the other ratings. They're on about a 2 rating which is disgusting considering that they are a higher education facility.</p>
