International certificate not received - ADOBE

It has been 5 years and I still can't get hold of my certificates and transcripts. I've been in contact with numerous staff members and no one can help me to find my international certificates.<br> <br> I paid for the course, I completed in with extinction and need to get these documents before 29.10.2015 to apply for my MBA degree. <br> <br> CTU has revered me to Certiport but they can't find me on the system, I paid for the international qualifications and feel that if I paid for them and passed the exam with extinction deserve to receive the certificate or my money back. <br> <br> I am tired of phoning, emailing and pleading for help. I need my results now.<br>
