I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY

<p> Last my daughter went and enrolled at CTU campus at Roodepoort she was assisted by their student advisors and was asked to bring in her latest grade 12 results for a complete consultation ..she was advised on a course to take the enrolment was done and when my daughter stared in February we realized that booking was one of the modules she has never done accounting in her life I called the school and was promised that it would be sorted we tried to make the most of it by ordering the books from the recommended place edge learning my credit card was debited but no books called the school again spoke to David sent numerous email no response finally I got hold of Erna who is supposed to be the director of the school and I thought I was going to get some help cause David called me send me docs and after that no response called the call centre and they assured me that my account would not be debited and guess what my account was debited called the call centre this morning was told to call back as Juanita was not in called back and guess what I was told that Juanita is not taking any calls today ...WELL ITS OK FOR THEM TO TAKE MY MONEY BUT ITS NOT OK FOR THEM TO TAKE MY CALLS ...I WANT CTU CAMPUS TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE THE WORST INSTITUTION I EVER DEALT WITH AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY </p>
