Disgusting service

<p>i enrolled for a course at ctu in may and completed it in june the 15th. during this time i was promised a study guide which came with the study package but never received it during this time. we were given login details to the internet but most of the time the site would kick us out. i have been following us for this and only yesterday on the 05-07-2016 i received my book with a lousy R12 chocolate.</p> <p> </p> <p>i feel that i am due for some sort of compensation because they wasted my time which did not even belong to them. i have send emails upon email advising them about the unsatisfactory services received but they couldn't be bother. I will never do another course with them. this has been my first time with them and definately my last.</p> <p> </p>
