Disappointed - We prefer a refund

My Husband wanted to do a computer course. We contacted CTU for the course and paid cash for it. CTU never stated a pre-requisite for the course nor did they do a competency test for the course. 2 days into the course, my husband realised that this course was definitely not for him. It was way to difficult to comprehend especially not having any experience in this field. He approach CTU and ask them to recommend a course for him, which was more suited for him. They suggested some courses for him, which are way too expensive for his budget. My husband then said that it was too expensive and preferred a refund. CTU is refusing to refund his money. I suggested to them to at least refund half the money that he had paid. If not half then at least the certification monies, which is about R3000, which they also refusing to do. To me this is day light *******. I'm sorry but I definitely won't be recommending you to anyone and I am in the training/ facilitating field. Disappointed....
