Delayed Service delivery

<p>I did a 5 Days CTT+ training between january 16th-20th , 2017 , a video recording was done on the 20th of Jan 2017 , and i wrote the written exam CTT+ TK0-202 on the 6th of Feb 2017 which i passed , i tried reaching out to get details on my video recordings , all i get is it has been uploaded, and i reached out to comptia to find out if it's been uploaded , Comptia said it's not being uploaded. The bottom line is i have been unable to get the rseults of my Comptia TKO201 Video recording since january 2017 but there seems to be no headway.</p> <p> </p> <p> till today 19th of May , 2017 , i still haven't recieved any result on my video recording , and without the video recording i cannot proceed to obtain my full CompTIA CTT+ Certifcations.
