CTU - what a nightmare

If I could give them a ZERO, I would. My experience with them as been nothing but frustration upon frustration upon frustration. The ONLY time CTU is will ing to assist, is when there is money involved. The communication between lecturers and the admin office is non-existent. The person managing the Stellenbosch office is shockingly absent when issues need to be sorted out, she is non-responsive (unless of course there is payment involved). They give contradicting feedback and the one person does not know what the other is doing. STAY AWAY and DO NOT support this institute at all, unless you want to lose money, never get the certification that you paid for and hours and hours of frustration. I will steer anyone and everyone away from CTU, rather enroll somewhere else. We are not the only family struggling with their lack of communication and absolute shocking administrative system. STAY AWAY!!!
