CTU Training Solutions takes money but don't deliver on certificates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am now fed up with this training institution. We as a class did a Web Development (Web 1) part time, starting in June 2017 finishing in June 2018. It is a national certificate and up to now, did none of us received our SITA certificate. I called the SITA and they claimed that they did not receive anything from CTU for us, and that they are still waiting. CTU claimed that they are waiting for SITA to send us the certificates. I am now fed up and would definitely not recommend studying with them. I have now followed up numerous times, phoned, emailed, phoned again and again and every time the person answering the phone is promising to phone me back with feedback - with then only silence to follow. Next step is Carte Blanche. I am not standing for this treatment any longer. CTU sucks!!!
The SETA did commit to a project to catch up on the backlog created due to the COVID lockdown regulations and various other SETA related operational reasons.
CTU will continue to communicate with you on a regular basis regarding the progress made.
