<p>Went through a good process registering but after a personal decision I chose to cancel my registration. And problems and inconsistency started happening. They no longer cared and won't cooperating. After a week of putting my cancellation I still cannot seem to have them finalise my cancellation. The consultant is giving me excuses that does not make sense and taking their time with getting back to me. I'm truly disappointed with the Durban branch and even after contacting the head office the person promises to help but does not keep to his word.</p>
