CTU is *********** and Unprofessional

This is probably the most *********** academic institution currently operating in South Africa. I completed a part time qualification for software development with them in 2018. We had a big fall out with CTU as a whole class and requested better educators and administrative effort. Two people requested refunds and left CTU. I completed my course in 2018 and had their account department constantly calling requesting final payments as their system was faulty. I was fully paid up. It is now 4 months past the two year mark and we as a class have still not received our certificates from them. They do not respond to emails. when we phone them we can either not get in contact with the people, or they promise to get back to us in 24 hours. It has now been over 72 hours since my last communication with them. I had two separate people promise to get back to me and still have not recieved any feedback.
