Certificates and simple quotation

I studied Project Management 1 with CTU TRAINING SOLUTIONS during 2021 and its 2023 I have not received any certificate. I passed all my modules and I was the top student of Project Management I. 2023 the government department awarded me the bursary to further my studies. The bursary approval letter states that CTU TRAINING SOLUTIONS should provide me the quotation that shows all the modules, books and the price of each. All the people I have contacted they say the quotation of Project Management ll is been done by the system and they cant be able to do a quotation that shows modules and prices. On the 31 January 2023 is the closing date for bursary finance department to pay the money to the Institutions. Im so disappointed in CTU Training Solutions because they do not want to provide me with the simple quotation that is needed. I regret the day I enrolled with CTU TRAINING SOLUTIONS and the day I chose it when filling the bursary application forms. Im going to forfeit the opportunity the government department gave me to further my studies.
