Can i please get my money back

I will never advise friends and family to study at CTU Training Solutions is really not a good institution ,i was advise to pay R3000 in June to reserve the space of registration for mid year intake. later i report to the consultant that i cannot continue with studies because of other personal issues , 5 days ago she send me an email to tell me my money is going to be forfeited i asked if i could get a refund because i do not know when i can be able to study again i even suggest that they can take some certain percent and give me the rest . the answer i got was No! is non refundable so i lost have R3000 just like that .

Dear Khensani M,

As per contractual agreement the non-refundable registration fee cannot be refunded. This was explained to you prior to your enrollment and is also stated in the contract. The sales consultant in question was in contact with you to give you the option to move your enrollment to 2022 and you declined the offer.

A stupid mistake I have made in my life to ever think of coming to your institution, but I will make sure people see this you are a **** now you want me to come and study something that I don’t want, how would I know that I will even get the certificate of whatever you forcing me to study
Why isit so difficult for you to give me my money back, so that when I have sorted my problems I will come study
You like underestimating people and telling them about your policy
