BAD SERVICE CTU - PRETORIA CAMPUS

Hi, I have to agree with some of the comments here about other campus's that are delivering bad service. CTU Pretoria is absolutely poor. If you expect any updates or communication from their side, good luck. Just one example student submitted test and because their system had a problem she get 0%. Went I complained it got to 50%. Now she has 76 when their system issues was resolved. What a joke. Sent a mail to make arrangements to pay the full account middle October but no feedback. I would advice anyone that to go and study. DO NOT USE CTU.

Thanks for taking the time to write this review.

Due to the POPI Act, all general communication is available on student platforms. All individual communication is done on the student platform that is provided to our students.

As stated in your review, the problem was resolved around her marks.
