attitude and **** college
I register my son and he is not going to study there i ask for my refund of R7700 they ask proof to show that my son is going to Milano and i give to Estelle . But he was rude and with attitude i gave the ticket to show but he rejects it. I want my money this place is a **** in Menlyn so i want money back because why i had to complete a cancellation form and give proof.
I need answer from the managers
Dear Sir,
You enrolled your son with the CTU Menlyn campus by completing a legal agreement. CTU clearly states the terms in this agreement which you are aware of. In your cancellation request you provided the reason for cancellation that your Son will be studying at another institution. For us to review the cancellation we need evidence to support your reason for perusal and consideration. At no point did we communicate the outcome of your cancellation request and hereby request the documents in order to process your request.
