Unfair payment

It all started when my car was knocked buy a taxi of which the owner is a client of ctu,she then reffered me to ctu.They then asked me for two quotations of which i gave them.The 1st quotation costs R31.000.00 and the 2nd one was R27.000.00.They sent an assesor to assess the damages.After that the payment was finalised and their figured came up to R21.750.00 of which was a lot lesser than any one of the quotations,and worst part they even took the excess of their client on my payout which was R2.000.00 and the final payout came up to R19.750.00,through all this process i had no car for two full months snd i was the one calling them,not even once i received a call from ctu or their client.
