unfair legal protection by CTU insurance

in October 2017 Mr Vilakazi changed a lane cause of traffic and as usual taxi drivers are always in hurry and pumped my car on the right side and his taxi got stuck in my bumper, he refused to go the police station and some eye witness gave me their contact number. My insurance claimed from the third party and this is what Nazeera had to say after seven months of accident. the respond from Mr Vilakazi Attorneys below
