On the 04th of October 2021 when tax drive Mdladla try to overtake me and colluded my car. Immediately I asked him his boss cellphone number. I call his boss and he told his boss himself he colluded my car. The owner told me I mustn’t worry he will fix my car as is his driver’s fault.

After a week the owner call me and told me he already submit a claim to his insurance, they will contact me. I been waiting that Scotffin insurance from October until November to contact me nothing until the owner of tax give me the office place to go. On November 16/2021 when I arrived at Scotffin’s office Durban they told me yes the claim been submitted but they been waiting me to arriveed. How can they wait me to arrived there as nobody contacting me? They told me I will be contacted by the following day with their head office.

On the 17/11/21 Lidia van der merwe called me regarding the process of claim. I submitted all documents she been requesting on my side. And she told me now she hangover everything to Nazeera shaik from CTU. I will be contacted from CTU with 48hrs and assessor within 5 days I will be alert for everything.

Since that date I been waiting from that Nazeera but absolutely nothing I heard from her. If I call her she keep saying I will call you or email you. That’s her song always. Last week Monday I called her again and she promise to come back to me. On Wednesday 15/12/21 that’s where I got a call from Jonathan smith he request me to send him my car pictures when it damage. I did as request then silence as usual after. Yesterday on the 20/12/21 in morning again I call Nazeera shaik for follow up. She said she will call me or email me. During the day I call her again, I can’t get hold of her. I call the owner of tax to tell him what challenge I got now. He told me to go back to the Scotffin office Durban and told them what challenges I have.

When I arrived there they told me on their side everything is updated. And Lidia said I have to report Nazeera to sizwe CTU he is a above to Nazeera, when I call I’m still at scottfin office there CTU don’t know sizwe. Scotffin lady told with Nazeera told her and not happy with their service. No communication, update and feedback. Again she said she will call me. Around 9 pm when I check mails Nazeera send me email on spam where they told me they can’t pay my car. Usually I ow them. I was supposed to hood for tax drive and the worse all this documents she sent it stamped date on the 13/12/21 by Jonathan smith as I only talk with Jonathan smith on the 15/12/21. I send Nazeera email to send me a original accident report that was written by driver as I have it on my side, when Mdladla agreed himself he colluded my car even front of his boss. But a ******* ****** Nazeera and her friend Jonathan they try to ***** me. Not yet. I will make sure this company CTU the world knows how it ****** ******** they are.
