Rude treatment from CTU Consultant by the name of Trish.

I had an accident on the 23rd of October 2023 and the person that i had an accident with is insured with CTU insurance i was than advised by him to claim as third party by the help of Trish but from the day i started talking to Trish she shouted at me whenever i called her for progress the last instance was last week when i phoned the insurance SATaxi and they told me that R2500 for excess has not being paid by the insurances client and i tried to contact Trish who answered rudely in such a way that even now she’s ignoring me i want my car repaired soon because i can take out the spare wheel because of the damage but no one is assisting me and i have no where to go. Trish from CTU does not behave like a professional she down know client service its my first time and she experiencing such and im stressed.
