RUDE AND POOR SERVICE BY CTU

My taxi was ******/used without consent only to be recovered by tracker outside town with severe damages during Nov.23. Insurance refused to pay after on the grounds that the culprits didn't have a valid PDP. ********s must now have licenses per CTU. Their thought process is extremely nonsensical and not advisable to do business with this company. Their level of service is so poor and turnaround times not satisfactory. Rude and no feedback. It took me two months to get feedback and my business was on stand still.
