POOR service

CTU insurance services is Poor my husband have loodge claim for the back window in his quatum at the begin of the month. He was told that they can't pay for the window from PG glass because it is too expensive .he went to broker who phoned CTU they CTU was the one who looked the cheapest window at commercial auto glass .when he phoned commercial auto glass they are saying that CTU have not pay them they are waiting for the authorisation from CTU. They get their money every month but they fail to render best service to their clients. If CTU can't afford to pay cheap window how much more if the taxi is involved in serious accidents. We will be left without source of income. That window is broken traffic officers are just warning him for now but when the times go on he will get tickets.identity no ***
