I will unfortunately not be tolerating any excuses

I was struck by a taxi while on my lane and minding my own business on Monday, 29 July 2019. After the accident we assisted the owner of the taxi to get the accident report and to formally lodge a claim with a broker as we honestly rely on third party to have the car fixed. My car Reg is CX 88 HZ GP

To date, I have not been able to get the claim number or third party forms or even procedural requirements and currently without a car. The taxi Reg is DF 71 HC GP

It would be in the best interest of justice to have this matter resolved as I'm suffering prejudice due to lack of transportation and was inconvenienced as a result of the unprovoked hit.
