On the 11 November I had an accident with my car near Grahamstown and my car was towed to Grahamstown. The next day my car was towed to East London at SMD. To date I have not received any feedback from CTU and I have called three times to enquire but I keep getting told someone will revert back to me and no one does. This is the worst
