<p>On the 15th Sep 2016 i had stopped at a stop sign at the corner of Hlongwane and Hennrsy street at zone 3 Meaadowlands SOWETO and the BRT bus was loading passengers beside me. While i was stopping checking the road if it was clear for me to turn the bus reg: no YMT 990 GP driven by a gentleman named Lizaliso magaiana decided to turn and bumped me on the right hand side of my car AUDI A4 1.8T and my car and he was not even aware that he had bumped me until the passengers started screeming in the bus that when he decided to stop the bus . we went to the police station to report an accident report. I the police station he reported that he bumped me while the car is stationery bet when he reported the case at his work place he changed the statement and told his employers the my car was moving at the time of the accident. The insurance company does not want to request for an accident report at the police station they tell me that I must seek legal representation. I tried to state my case with the people responsible with the accidents at BRT but they referred me to Nazeerah who works for CTU Insurance and she told me that the only thing she can do is to take the work from BRT and/ or I should seek for legal representation. Her My concern is why are they taking the drivers information without acquiring a police report where we both stated our case and signed the police report.
