Good day My name is Abubaker Muawwiya Zulu I'm the driver who was driving the taxi Dpy 523L of Mr Paul Madito Sesing who was the owner and policy holder at the time of accident the accident happened on the 18/06/2018 and accident as a result I was injured after the accident the owner of the taxi took me to ctu office in rustenburg and that day I reported that I was injured but I had to wait to be sent to klerksdorp for MRI and it happened on the 27/09/2018 the following month which was October I took a copy of the report to the office in rustenburg they took my I'd copy and the driver's license copy and accident report to process the claim I waited for response nothing came until today I went back to the office to find out since I'm injured and unable to work I thought the money could help to start something small at home so that I can make some cash to help to feed myself and my family I have 3 kids two of them are under 5 and other one attend school at the office they told me to bring a letter from a doctor to proof that I was injured and unable to work so at government hospitals we wait for a very long time to get chance to see a doctor 2 of the doctors refused to give me a letter saying that insurance is the one that has to provide forms to filled out by the doctor so last month went back to the office to tell them since then I was waiting for the forms to come then the lady that works in the office said to me I cannot claim because I have claimed road accident fund so I said to her no that cannot be possible because insurance is paid separate raf gets money from fuel so after sometime she said she will call someone this went few times until I lost hope ctu insurance lie to people I thought to share my story so that others can know I'm in and out of hospital on chronic medications I didn't get even a cent from ctu insurance they refused to pay but funny enough they where able to fix the taxi they don't care about the driver be careful next time when you choose insurance I can never ever advice anyone to take policy from ctu insurance never
