Claiming issue

I wonder how ctu claims are done, I'm really struggling to do a 3rd party claim,the broker seems clueless about the whole process, it has been a month now,I haven't heard anything from CTU insurance,. The broker keeps telling me they submitted everything to Ctu,l and they are refusing to give me a claim number
