Bad service at ctu insurance

I received bad service with ctu insurance the reject my claim the said I don't have PRDP when accident happened I'm not a taxi driver I was taking taxi for roadworthly test the was no passenger I was alone as a owner of the taxi but the policy doesn't say if am the owner I must have PRDP to drive it so that means if driver left the car somewhere in the middle of the road I must look for someone with PRDP while I'm having driving licence even if am not operating
