Very disappointed by Ctrack.

Bad customer service from Dewald Engelbrecht. Had a schedule appointment for 08H00 on the 19/11/2023. Mr Dewald the technician from Ctrack who was appointed to fit the equipment called at 07H55 & I could not answer the phone. 07H59 I called him back twice but goes to VM. At 08H00 I sent him a text saying I can't get hold of him. 08H02 he calls back & says, he was at the gate & hooted but no one responded. He has now left I will have to book another appointment.

To make matters worse, he told his office that upon arrival on the scheduled date he found no one on the premises.

WHY LIE after rendering poor customer. service.

1. Can Ctrack try & employ people who are sober in mind that understands what they're employed to execute. 2. We would really appreciate people who have customer service skills.
