USELESS - STAY AWAY

I can't even begin to describe just how useless Ctrack are. Thank god I have never had my vehicle ****** because they can't even reply to a mail, let alone find a car.

I've sent 7 emails since Wednesday - no reply. I have phoned and phoned and phoned today only for my account query to be put through to the hijacking line.

I just want ANYONE in this "company" to get back to me about cancelling two contracts but I think I'm ****ing into the wind at this stage.

I had to find out that one of my cars (after logging into their "fancy pants" Crystal platform) isn't on there and consequently not protected because my account was handed over to Legal. No phone call or email was sent to me. So my question is, how the **** does anyone know if they're actually protected.
