Useless
If I could give negative stars I would. I've called numerous times for my query to be resolved and nothing. It's been over a week now and still nothing. Absolutely pathetic. Don't waste your time guys

29 Nov 2023, 11:59Still not resolved and the person who schedules the appointments was very rude on the phone (geartrack). Made an appointment, I made arrangements to leave work for a period of time while they are busy, I had to go back to the office and then received a call from Geartrack with the lady shouting on the phone because I can't leave work again even though this is now 45min after the appointment was originally supposed to occur (my boss is expecting me back because I only excused myself for 30min). Do not use Ctrack guys, absolutely worse experience.
