Unreliable and lying

My insurance referred me to c track to install the devise the device. I called c track in Pretoria they took all my details, they said because I am in Nelspruit they will send my information to their branch in Nelspruit to call me. I waited for a week, no call. I called c track Pretoria again telling them their Nelspruit people have not called me, they said they will call them again and come back to me to update me. until today two weeks after no body called me. the track is not fitted in my car. I am paying for it though.
