unrelaible company

i recently sign up with c track with a sales agent from a shopping centre in soshanguve north of pretoria and told me about the diiferent plans c track offers i chose the package with road side assistance its been months since i signed up i have never recieved any contract from your side and on friday when i requested assistance from c track i was told i chose a different package and therefore it cant avail its self i suffered great loss and therefore would like to cancel any affilation with this company asap i feel used and batrayed and would like you guys to send a de installer
