unacceptable service and non-responsive

On the 29th January 2015 I signed up for a C-Track installation for insurance purposes and completed all the formalities and sent the form in and I was told by Romeo that the unit would be fitted on the 30th January 2015 or the 1st February 2015 - this did not take place therefore I had to contact Romeo again on the 3rd of February 2015 and he then forwarded my email and copied me in to Mariska saying that Hlanganani must <br> follow-up and then advise me the new installation date - my installation was approved by Shoneez - guess what up until today NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. This is more than a disgrace as my car is not insured and my security is at risk.
