Tired of waiting

I changed my bank details three months ago, my bank then sent my new details through to c-track and they never came back to my bank confirming that my details have been changed, after two months of phoning the lady handling my account was never in the office or available when I phoned to ask for my banking details to be changed, I eventually gave up (I was fed up trying). A lady came into contact with me asking for my new banking details I gave it to her asking her when they will deduct and how much as they did not take their monthly installment for three months she never rep**** to my email today is the 4th of August still no debit order went off from my account and I am just waiting for C-Track because I have to pay other people as well now they are delaying all my payments. I just can't understand why I must beg and plead a company to take their money, I won't renew my contract with c-track I have had endless problems with this company, I am now beyond fed up, you always struggle to get a hold of someone at their H/O
