****ing disgusting and pathetic
I am paying for a vehicle I sold 6-7 months ago, and I told them the vehicle was sold; the damn unit was faulty when they installed it. Numerous bookings for technicians to come out, but they never did when I had the vehicle in my possession - Vehicle was sold months ago
gave them all the details of the new owner, who said he wants to keep the tracker with them, and I signed all the relevant documents, but I am still paying for it.
They don't want to terminate the contract or cancel it; they want me to pay cancellation fees. I've been back and forth with them, but I will take legal action going forward
