Thanks to Ctrack

I'd like to thank Ctrack for refusing to do business with me, for some really stupid reason. I called you for a tracking contract, which was approved and then forwarded to the scheduling team for final implementation. I called to schedule an installation and I was told that since I needed the job to be done in the Joburg CBD, they'd have no cellphone reception and would therefore not be able to do it. Your suggestion: I must take leave and wait for you at my home where you'd come and do the installation. Then I called you to cancel the contract and the first question Sam asked me was "Are you sure it was Ctrack?" No, Sam. I'm not sure, I was just bored and called you to make up this story.

Then I got transferred to Nqobile, who hang up before I was done talking to her. Do you guys go for training for this sh!*T are you're just born with it and somehow end up at Ctrack? The bad attitude you all have is disgusting and thank you for showing me this bad attitude before I signed up for what would have been a k@@k experience.
