Sytems Down
C track useless system. Been paying them for 5years and the day my car got ****** their systems were done and they could not track my car. 3days later they still have not come back to me as to what they are doing with regards to my car being ******. Their call centre is as useless at their product, unprofessional and not helpful. They promise to call you and never do. you have to call in yourself for updates as to what is happening . They practically just collecting people's money month end to run their business not to service the customer. Advise to everyone out there find yourself an alternative tracking company C Track is a waist of time.
