We purchased a Toyota hilux 3.0 d4d legend 45 white reg no fc20tsgp 2016 model financed thru standard bank. Standard insurance insisted for a tracing device so ctrack was installed. The ldv was ****** on the 22 June 2018 from sunninghill hospital in Sandton cas no 577/6/2018. Vehicle was lock and alarmed. Ctrack received the alarm but did not notify us and did not react on it. We sent a letter and notify them that the ldv was ****** and not to be found. Ctrack is keeping us reliable for some money outstanding and reported as to the credit buro. This is still against my name. Please assist us to attending to this matter.
