Still awating for documents
I complained about c-track on hellopeter about their poor service and they responded by coming to fit the tracker in my car. I am expecting a contract or documentation about the tracker after they fitted it, nothing they are quiet. I do not know what numbers to call during an emergency. I have not received the app or how to install the app on my phone as they promised me so that I can track my car if not driven by me. There is no communication from them. I am not sure if that tracker is working and I don't know how to test it.
