SO DISAPPOINTED WITH C-TRACK SERVICES

My problems started when I wanted to sell my vehicle then I wanted them to de-install and install it on my wife's car that, we just bought. I struggled to secure the technician booking and when I finally did the technician de-installed and didn't want to install it on the other car. Finally they installed it and had a bad echo coming from sound system and I again it took them time to come and fix that , when they came they left the car rear lights not working. It still took time for them to come and fix that and when they finally came they left it with the power steering fault and the steering was hard and when I reported it they were not interested and I had to take is for repairs from my pocket and bought a new battery because the car was parked for more than four weeks reason is that it was not safe to drive because of the these faults. What I found out from mechanic is that they swapped around fuses that are located in the engine. I have paid for all of this because this was bringing problems between me and my wife, still the guys I expecting me to pay monthly premiums. I NEVER ENJOYED THE RIDE IN THAT CAR AFTER TRACKER INSTALLATION.
