SMS to locate position of car not working

Hi<br> On 5 March a tracking device was installed in my car. <br> I got a welcome email that said my system was active. <br> I was told about SMS'ing the letter \P\" to find the location of my car. I've tried numerous time but I get no reply. I can find the location of my car or put into watch mode. <br> I've called the customer services four times for help but still my problem is not resolved. <br> Please could someone help get this service working?<br> THXS "
