Settlement account that never ends

<p>Since July 2015 I asked ctrack that I'm selling the car need to settle the account to move on. I was email amount which I paid. I was informed that my contract was cancelled. But later I received debit orders which I never understood. Reversed them. Now again this year I end up paying half the money the next thing lawyer treating me with black listing. As they say even if I finish the R700 the will another amount I must pay. Why did I ask for settlement and inform them that I'm selling the car.</p>
